Unless otherwise stated, the products offered by Lab Extreme, Inc are offered for laboratory and testing use only. All product sales are sold without warranty expressed or implied.
Lab Extreme, Inc and associates attest that any information, suggestions, or recommendations are made without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Likewise, Lab Extreme, Inc can assume no responsibility connected with the use of any of our products or the information included herein.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lab Extreme, Inc is a reseller of used laboratory equipment and supplies as well as a distributor of new laboratory products. Should you not be able to find the product you seek in our inventory, please contact our staff to help better serve you. Lab Extreme, Inc has an inventory list of supplies and equipment which is available only on our website at this time.
PRICING AND TERMS OF SALE
All website pricing is subject to change without prior notification.
Accepted payment terms when purchasing items:

- Company / Personal Check
- Money Order
- Certified Funds
- Western Union
- Wire Transfer (Information available upon request)
SHIPPING
All items are packaged and shipped the best way possible in accordance with D.O.T. regulations. Quoted prices include shipping costs only.
Packing/handling fee is stated in all item descriptions. Additional charges may occur if any special packing and/or handling instructions are requested from Customer.
Lab Extreme, Inc shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
Upon arrival of shipment all packages should be inspected for damage or shortages. Do not accept damaged items until the carrier’s driver makes a "damage notation" on your freight bill or receipt.
If damage is concealed, the carrier's inspector must be notified of the concealed damage and an inspection request must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Under ALL circumstances retain damaged containers and packing materials for inspection. Damaged shipments, and all claims for such, are the responsibility of the carrier.
If damage is noted upon arrival of shipment, have the carrier's driver make an appropriate notation on your freight bill or receipt, and file a claim with the carrier.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)**
**Lab Extreme, Inc reserves the right to not issue a RMA number.
In order to obtain credit for returned materials, a RMA number must be issued by a Lab Extreme, Inc sales representative. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of RMA number.
NOTE: A restocking fee may apply dependent upon final review of the returned item(s).
Products not acceptable for credit:
- Products that have been altered or customized.
- Products not purchased from Lab Extreme, Inc.
- "Special Order" or "Discounted" items purchased from Lab Extreme, Inc.
